CP need of help here. Trying to complete a fiber migration but can't get sync for the uverse TV.
Any suggestions?

Ironically customers are experiencing the same level of incompetence they normally do with union techs.

After close observation of all posts I would venture to say migration was not successful and the afternoon was spent eating BBQ and looking at selfies. Great times.
Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

hand equipment to customer. Tell them they already signed contract so it’s their problem. Also tell them to pay bill on time or you will send them to collections and sc--w their credit. Close job. Then go find quiet shady parking lot somewhere and watch sports center on phone for a while. Congrats. You have just completed your first union job. Company will be out of business soon regardless.
