New hires I don't pity you. Our targets are inhumane. We are not getting paid and good salespeople are being put on PIPs. My managers have a new agenda every day which is a clear lack of direction from Miss L. Morale is the lowest it's ever been around here. Union rumors are swirling and everyone is racing to escape the sh-t hole she created. Your new regime is ruining your brand Verizon.. wake tf up senior leadership get a grip!!

Morale in all stores is at historic lows. I went from having 5 metrics when hired to now having over 15. Verizon just thinks a hamster can do the job. When losing 289,000 post paid customers, it's time to face the writing on the wall. So many poor decisions have been made, and when it hits the fan they just try to pass the blame. It's now on the executives to realize and course correct, if they are even able to with this structure. I will say this, its definitely not on me or my coworkers.

Because not everything needs to be on social media genius. Maybe these people want to get out of the industry or into another company and want to protect their image . If you weren't hitting your quota, would you go on social gaslighting and complain? That looks great for potential new opportunities. Maybe they don't want to burn bridges if something does come up. Seriously not that difficult to understand.

Not just retail, but B2B and Gov as well. Winner Circle and Pres Cabinet winners getting heat. Top B2B getting pips. Client Partners getting pip and stressed out for no control of their own
