@hwj+1uiuPRun - You are an id--t if you think the pre-Charlie management was any good or if you look back on the past with nostalgia. This company su-ked 10 years ago. Why do you think it produced the accounts scandal? The culture was defective. Charlie is a grim reaper. He is what the company deserves. Burn the whole thing down.

This video is a good review of the last 5 years of the "Wells life". In the past, management viewed its employees as a competitive advantage. Then 4 years ago came in the consultants, the JPMrs, and others saying that the "people" su-ked. The layoffs, the "efficiency" experts, the DEI experts, and the offshore initiative came in. It's taken some time for "chainsaw Charlie" to get the Chainsaws sharpened and tuned up ready to go. So far he has only cut off the branches.
