If you manage people: Be graceful, give space. Don't push this week.

Five your team space this week. Even if you are not directly impacted, WE ARE ALL IMPACTED. Give some space this week. Let them be, and process, even if they seem fine. Heck, give them Friday off if you can or at least 1/2 of Friday.

The ones who seem strongest may actually need it the most. Nobody will judge you for not pushing this week.

@hqm I hope you are a troll and don’t actually work here.. as a leader who does everything they can to take care of their team, I’m hopeful that this is the top down message… that the business can pause so we can be human. To protect our damaged and best asset (people) and work together toward a better future and regain our culture.

We need to process what’s happening, THEN move on to the new future.

Also I’m gen x, not a “30-something”. Not that that should matter
