What if someone is on PTO and a meeting has popped up?
This is the beginning of the end. The apocalypse that CS / SP have been engineering since they got here, only to be delayed due to 'COVID'. 2023 will be slash and burn like few banks have ever seen. Contract, outsource, sell the biz, harass, reluctantly pay severance, whatever it takes to reduce the number of Americans on the payroll. That is all that matters to this "leadership" group. IMO they know their days are numbered here so there's some urgency to clean house so the next group of execs isn't burned with it (us).
