Rsu check 10/24

I see the check in work history but it’s not showing up in same fidelity account used for Rsu payouts pre vsp. Anyone know if it’s paper check or something else?

They said a max of 60 days from last day worked per VSP CONTRACT. For VSPers out on 9/13, that is TODAY!

Shares are still intact (undisbursed) as of 1:45 Eastern. Might have to contact my attorney. This is a contract delivery failure/breach of contract if this isn't handled today.

@hgim+1vanl7wU Each yearly grant has a different grant date, so they are actually paid out separately even though they vest on the same date in the event of severance and are deposited to the same account. And because doesn't do anything straightforward. Bureaucracy ya know?

Talked to HR and they said another two weeks which is outside of 60 days. I got one payout so not sure why they would pay them out separately

My RSU check isn't showing up in Work History. I see a check for $0.00 on November 1st. Where are you seeing yours?

Yeah, went back and re-read it (for the 50th time). Says they will vest on the last day worked. Sept 13 close was 43.75. Less taxes.

Doesn’t matter street value….payout will be based on assumed value of $40 and for sept 13 folks it’s supposed be 75% of that total. That was explained in VSP doc

Still waiting, Nov 12 will be 60 days since my last day. I wish they would have sold when it peaked at 45, hoping to get at least 42.

When I left, mine were deposited to my brokerage account and I had to call Fidelity to get a check

I don't think the RSU payouts go into an account. Mine were paid with checks, minus the taxes, etc.

The proceeds will be deposited into your Fidelity brokerage account within 60
days after your last day worked
