Too bad that someone doesn't ask FB what needs to be asked in tomorrow's call. Or, is it that someone DOES ask but those who speak at this will not address it or even acknowledge any tough questions?

No. The chat was not shared between participants like it usually is in those meetings. You could only submit questions, not see what other people are submitting.
@hen+1dwlMr3D Wwow seriously? Did they get a earful of disgruntled employees?
They totally silenced the chat…
He will not address anything they are doing, if he does it will be very brief and he will not answer any questions. FB is a piece of cr-p, HR are liars and this company is only out for the BOD's and Exec. Mgmt. They could care less who got them here, who works 50-60 hour weeks, or supports the clients. The agenda is clear, 2,000 seats in the arm pit America, no un-vaxxed associate's and live where they have offices or leave. All fine with me, I'm leaving within weeks. Bye Felicia and FU Frank.
All presenters see all comments, even if they are not selected. I can sometimes see the eye roll after I submit a hardball question.
I submitted a question. Specifically why they are letting good quality people go but without any communication. I called out their lack of transparency, something they kept spewing on previous calls. And no, I won’t be on it because I can’t stand to hear Frank’s voice nor see his face. He, nor his empty comments, are worthy of my time. I’ll be interviewing when he talks. On his dime.
If you ever wonder why questions get submitted through the web it’s so the corporate comms shills can filter them to only give FB “suitable” ones.
