With all the Omni issues and critical tickets/promo issues on daily basis they can’t get rid of IAMs for a while. As long as IT continues to do a sh---y job we should be good. Someone in that dept keeps f*ing up the code/algorithms. It’s pretty interesting to watch. This company doesn’t give two sh--s about much these days except making sure we are woke.

The territory mapping to your disadvantage is by design. Kinda like how they’re making retail a nightmare to work in. Laying off IAMs has nothing to do with Corp retail performance and everything to do with the fact you don’t actually make a difference financially.
@haw+1c2U3HWg - So you get paid to drive a car to stores? Mad skills bro.
Many i feel are waiting for their cut. ;)
Thanks for the heads up @ @miw+1c2U3HWg…didn’t realize that other companies had outsourced indirect (insert eye roll). We must always be prepared for layoff if you work at Verizon. As for the Cush job…let’s see 33 locations over 3 states, most of which are over 90 miles from my home is amazing…I pass other stores on my way to my stores that go to another IAM. Verizon for some reason felt the need to layoff indirect for retail corporates short comings. They then let a mo--n map the territories. Now i spend more time on the road than in stores and when i am in stores I’m dealing with Omni issue tickets. Thanks for commenting on stuff you know little about.
They eliminated the majority of your role already. You really think they’re going to keep the rest on long term? I admire your optimism, be ready for another cut though.
AT&T replaced theirs with part time minimum wage contractors. Keep milking that cush job for as long as you can but have a plan B.
It does seem that way.
