The 10% of core banking customers who attended, many have shared their feedback with me: no energy, a speaker who ran IBM to the ground was hired to speak? no vision from Fiserv, Frank and his leadership appeared not liking being there. Frank no where t be found post Tuesday. Overall waste of time and promised they will not attend again.
