Am I crazy or did that town hall this morning not give insight to anything? The only time Farley talked about rto was how personal he took the conference room hack but the culprit has been found and fired. Being the first GTH since this policy went into effect and not addressing it in the slightest is such a coward move by leadership. How does he get paid 20mil + gifted jerseys to drive around Utah in a Bronco and give these sh---y town halls?!

I turned it off about half way through. That accent thing makes him look like the baffon that he is and is quite embarrassing. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion... "Someone tell him he doesn't have to do that"... Just a complete id--t.
Also, I hope he realizes the "fu-k RTO" guy speaks for a high percentage of the company.

I found the town hall rather entertaining, especially when Farley began speaking with a Spanish accent which later morphed into broken English.

DF gave them all a blank check, control and overconfidence. JF is sitting back and letting DF do what he wants while he drools over Ford Racing and Verstappen.
Disagree with OP. The GTH was enjoyable and informative. Most of the chat comments were overwhelmingly positive, unlike the negativity seen in this forum.
It was apparent to all of us, the plan is working.
