If you do above average you can expect to get below inflation. So don't.

That's the proper way to evaluate your actual increase. One correction is it is supposed to be a comparison of how often you can go to McDonald's. Remember, FB thought of us as McDonald's employees.

in workday. mind you your manager needs to "release" the pdf to you in the system.

your manager should also be having a chat with you before doing so.
