I roll in every day around 10 and take a two hour lunch at 12 and roll out by 3.... If I want to really engage in work, I will run into conflicts with my clueless manager! This is my coping mechanism to avoid conflict. Dude is always in my face! He micro manages every move! Needs to proof read every email I need to send out .... Well . 2 hrs a day is the most I can do without disturbing the harmony of environment
@gwk+1rPTIRt7 LOL. We need you down here in innovation... That was so funny and creative!

I was totally gaslighted for saying how i felt from my own personal experience- doing 3 jobs now, being disrespected. Coworkers taking credit for my work…then told im the problem and i should appreciate the feedback so that i can improve. So now i guess i just keep my mouth shut and say everything is great when someone asks me. I want to be laid off so bad!
Everybody walking on eggshells, no one speaking up or challenging ideas at any level or function. All this leads to a bunch of average getting to consumers and our lunch being eaten.
I used to believe in the company. Now I don’t.
