The club I work at has had 2 MIT’s since October. They are still receiving MIT pay and lots of overtime while the rest of the associates are being told “no overtime”. Their justification is that it comes out of a HO budget. That is BS. They are being allowed to close the club without management supervision. Does anyone work in a club with long term MIT’s and what is going on with them.

I have been in the MIT program since October as well. I have pretty just been acting as an assistant manager for the last couple of months. I was told by Managenent that MIT pay isn't included into the hourly associates budget. Which would make sense on them not caring much on OT for them.

Why are you concerned about the money that another person puts in their pockets? Worry about your own pockets, step up your game and maybe you get to be MIT and do all that overtime too.
