Unless you lead the company, you have no right to condescend to your fellow colleagues. The Tuesday after payday is less than 48 hours away. Nobody is indispensable including you. The Phillipines is being trained for phone bank jobs right now. I know of someone training them virtually. I know of someone else going to the Philippines to train them for two months. Your job could just as easily go there so stay humble. I've been doing this stateside phone bank job for a very long time. Treat people with dignity and respect. That's what I do everyday.

It would be valuable information for phone reps to know. People describe all kinds of situations on the phone. If someone started describing this, it would be helpful to be familiar with it.
What does this have to do with anything? We just spamming any article that has the name Wells Fargo on it now? Next it will be robberies and other events that have nothing to do with employment or layoffs at Wells Fargo?
