What roles in south Florida?
South Florida was hit with RIF'S .
I heard the invite comes from HR and the meeting will be shortly after the invite is sent.
Who are the invites coming from? HR or a leader in the dept?

Marketing has not had RIF yet. But word on the street is the AVP of the Hive will be cut lose.

I am not a nurse but have worked for Humana in marketing for, let’s just say, 2-15 years. Don’t want to give myself away. Since I’ve worked at Humana there seems to be a sizeable RIF every October/November (600-1500 people) and nurses are always among departments being let go. Then the hurry up and hire a bunch more nurses….only to Rif more nurses again later in the year. So, I’d stay away if I were you.

I don’t work for Humana but was interested so I figured I’d google search before applying. I am looking for a Nursing position.
Is this normal for Humana? Or did something happen that caused them to cut? Is it performance based?
Yes they are sweeping across country informing the employees. I suspect Central will hear tomorrow.
I am so sorry to anyone who was notified today. This whole situation is gut wrenching. I’m in the Central region and we’ve not heard anything yet. I assume they’re doing this by region…?
Emails came today during work hours, several of our department employees advised of rif.. call was over in less than 10 minutes.
Received email and asked to dial in for Web call 1hour later. MidA Market with 6 other employees on call along with 2 HR and Director from different Region. They muted the call so you can’t ask questions. RIF will start 1/6/23 with Severance packet of two weeks for every year!
Our team was told we would know today. Just received an email from our Manager saying it would be tomorow.
The meeting started this morning, I'm pretty sure more meeting is to come this week. I'm sure all regions will be affected, and different departments will be hit. Yes, HR mentioned severance package for those eligible.
But they’re done that amount before with the conference call, over 700, two or three years ago

The festivities will likely go on all week. Impossible to lay 750> off in one day.
