Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Consequences of Frank's Draconian Policies?

The stock numbers were looking great when the work environment was -- though imperfect-- at least flexible enough to prevent a quiet quitting and a massive brain drain.

Fck-boi Frank left to ruin SSA right when we here at Fiserv became fed up enough to take back our personal time and pay Fiserv the dust that it gives us in terms of facilitating work-life balance.

And how is Clover doing this badly? What? Large businesses and government agencies aren't fans enough of Tabetha Brown and Deon Sanders to buy our products? How dare they!! 😤😆

@bz current GBS CFO is way out of depth. Not a leader and no clue on how to motivate people.

i left and i’m half good at what i do.
when your good people leave because we’re forced to be present 9 hours a day and monitored when we goto the bathroom your gonna lose your best people.

it’s way better on the other side with real companies. i did it and so can you

To Post ID: @gr+1jvcvvbae,

Totally agree. From what I've observed over the years in terms of client pain points, is terrible client support.

Can't even blame the sales people/account managers, though, as they're stretched thin. Don't they have some sort of ridiculous travel mandate? Please correct me where I'm wrong.

Fiserv board leadership either doesn't GAF about the negative long-term impact of its policies, or they weren't competent enough to foresee the impact.

Either way, best of luck to those who leave Fiserv behind. There's better out there. For those of us who stay, depending on our department leadership, there may be opportunity.

If you’re doing a terrible job at marketing clover, you’re probably going to experience a drop in sales. Time to change up leadership in marketing.

I agree. Nothing new about Clover's sh---y performance, but I do find it curious that BH waited for Frank to officially leave to make the comments that are supposedly responsible for tanking the stock. 🤔 I don't know. Something seems off. I think some big time shareholders just needed a public reason to justify their sell-off. Take the money and run.

The dip in Clover isn’t anything new; it’s been inevitable for two years now. They just ran out of BS financial rabbits to pull out of the hat to cover up lack of product dev and mediocre leadership. BH and the revolving door of GBS CFOs have been willingly covering up the shortcomings for years.
