My advice is you should be preparing to find another job. This is reality at frankenserv. Meanwhile show up, do your job an ignore the bs. Work your eight hours and no more. I have seen so many people let go for no good reason. You can't control frankserv. You can control what you do and what you give of self to this place. You are the only one that can stand up for your self and maintain the balance.

Do less, take longer to make your sapience and in office hours. This is a bad environment. Don’t bother trying to succeed.

Sapience is mediocre at best. Tracks me at about five hours a day even though I'm sitting and typing for my full day and I don't even take a lunch.
I have no issue with Sapience because I am always above the requirement no matter what, but I do have issue with badge swiping. Having to work at weekends but still required to be in the office during business hours is nonsense.

Not sure who will come work here when everyone quits. Between this site and Glassdoor, it’s very clear no one should join this company.
Place has gone from good to okay to terrible in the span of four years. I’d rather have a lobotomy than work here. The employees are fed up.
