Just read the new responsibilities for meat dept and in the evening they are supposed to help in HMS and rotisserie when needed. That makes me think that they will be eliminating the prepared foods lead position. It looks like, by the scheduling, that cafe will be in their own area and not filling in to cover the HMS schedule. HMS and rotisserie should be with the meat dept, just like the old days. Give cafe back to bakery lead, problem solved.

Meat will not help any of you without a pay raise. If you want us to carry you on our backs, surrender your paycheck.
Makes sense if they eliminated a Fresh Lead. They could also give Cafe back to the front end.

@gmy+19tbke0W maybe in your club its like that but in mine its diff. Meat guys zone deli. Help prepared foods ect and they get little to no help in return when they need it
the days of sam's paying severance are over. they will force people to quit or coach them out now. once the position is vacated, they will just not rehire for it.
If they get rid of the prepared food lead they should most definitely give severance. That would be amazing
Their not getting rid of prepared food team leads Sams management is tired of meat department only cutting meat and when you ask them to help out in rotisserie they come at you with an attitude saying that's not my job so corporate said meat department making so much money time to add more responsibilities to their job.
