The best thing anybody can do at this point is leave. That's the only reasonable response to everything that's been happening at this place for years, and the only reasonable thing to do if you don't want to waste your career even more than you already have.

I'm definitely circling the drain being on my phone cycling bathroom breaks for extended periods of time on core office days.
