On an AMA for a departing leader. This person was asked what they'd do differently if they were just joining the org. The answer was total BS and I was asking my self why the f**k they weren't doing this in the years they've been here - these things were clear to us when they changed things. SVB, TK and other leaders have utterly failed at their jobs.

@glw Agree. They are facilitators at best. They have no vision of the banking service or product they are to provide to the client's.
Stop calling them leadership. They do not lead.
They are management, and they are managing to eff a lot of things up.
