That Boomer doesnt understand something called fiduciary duty of the board. just because the class A appoint 75% of directors doesnst mean that dissolves their fiduciary duty. @glb PK and the BOD don't exactly sit around while JD and friends ruin the company, they're approving of every step and entirely complicit in this sh-t show. You could argue that's being accomplished through idleness but neither the point.
I've been around Nike for a long time and still cannot comprehend the extreme deference PK seems to get. This BOD and ELT are people ALL of whom are plainly unable to see that they and their extraordinarily selfish and poor decision making are the most significant part of if not the entire problem.
A large stake in the B's will still have influence, I doubt Phil is happy with the direction.
