Parking garage in this week's upcoming BH planning board meeting

Here are the details from this upcoming week's BH planning board meeting re: the parking garage:

"App.#SP-3-25: Fiserv Solutions, LLC, 100 Connell Dr., BI. 4301, L. 1.05 (MU-Zone)
Fiserv Solutions, LLC is proposing a six-level parking garage which will contain 1,560 parking spaces in order to address its parking needs.

A total of 304 existing surface spaces will be removed to accommodate the footprint of the garage. As a result, there will be a net increase of 1,256 spaces once the garage is completed. No variances are requested."

Looks like it was sent to BH planning board in April...Seems like they knew they needed to build it but not that the other Connell spaces were going to go away in mid-June?

@dq I wonder why we can't use the helipad to park when nobody is using it 350+ days a year?

@d3 LOL so you mean someone is seriously getting mad that we have new leadership and they are doing common sense things like building enough parking to support everyone long term while also trusting employees to have some flexibility?

People come here to bi--h about anything nowadays Jesus.

18 months hybrid, at that point it should just be permanently hybrid or remote. You can trust ppl during that 18 months you can trust them permanently. Waste of money just to enforce draconian point of view.

They'd rather spend thousands and thousands to keep butts in seats than just go true 2/3 hybrid, save money, and have happier staff. Just think about how weird that is.

So this locks them punting on the RTO 5 days a week BS for now, FB could have done this way earlier but here we are, with even LESS parking in the short-term, wonder how they will “rotate” all of us probably 3/2 hybrid.
