Following the significant layoff, we had hoped that things would improve, but unfortunately, they have only worsened. Therefore, changes are necessary to assist leadership and KKR. We would like to share here who you think should be removed from the company.

It should start with Norlin who’s asking people to increase territories by 300-400% growth from the previous year. His methodology is standards, clarify standards and then consequences. That’s a terrible approach when proving unrealistic standards. He’s trying to sc--w people out of their severance
