How's everyone complying with the new 8 hours/no consecutive remote day rules? How long are you staying in office? Any coffee badgers still? Lol

I got work from home due to anxiety
@ap Why not worry about your own performance and office time instead of others? If others are getting their work done, why do you care? You aren't their manager.
@ge Chase (literally down the street from Plano Campus) forces badge outs and sends a daily email to managers for any/all of their staff that fail to meet 5 hours in office, 5 days a week. Since BofA never is a leader, I suspect we will follow their onerous and oppressive lead. Note though that Chase tends to pay higher and has a better bonus/stock structure than pitiful BofA which is partly why Chase staff don't leave.
Well, even though the enterprise put out acceptable 3/2 schedules, my area thinks it’s best to coordinate a consistent schedule across all of our teams for collaboration. Zero flexibility.
Did I mention 2 people MAX work at the same site, most are at locations by themselves!

@fc Don’t fret. If enough employees continue to ignore WPE requirements, the Bank’s next step is to mandate core hours in-office for everyone.

I’m in the office 8.5 hours per day 3x week. Nothing has changed as far as I can see. The coffee badging is still happening. More lip service is all WPE is. Never seen the level of inconsistency and incompetence in one organization. I had hopes but two weeks later not so much.
HR cares nothing about us and I give up on this company. I showed hr a hostile work environment and if it didn't happen yesterday, they don't care. 20 years worth. Still nothing. I have been helping out my manager whenever asked. Guess I'm done with that. What's the point. Going to start moving my accounts to chase before I get fired. This company is garbage
I am staying in the office longer than I used to, and I'm seeing others do the same, to hopefully prevent getting flagged. But still less than 8 hours.
@ap what a tool! Imagine being more loyal to company rules than the people you share work with. Ugh the people we work with, corp loyalty >>> basic human decency

@b2 same with our team, manager said carry on as usual, has no complaints with anyone’s performance. People often leave after a couple calls but nobody on our team feels the need to demand vpn monitoring to expose them. Suppose some teams have more mature employees who complete their work and don’t care much for office politicking.
I have not seen any guidance it is a hard 8 hours including after conversations with my manager. We are on a more flexible do your usual time in the office.
I havent seen much coffee badging. I’ve seen a few here and there leave a little early but who knows if that’s from sick time or Flex Time. I mind my business and do my job.
I see many people only here a few hours. I hope they have a VPN report to catch the coffee badgers.
Who cares. I’ll still coffee bade if I want to. My sh-t is getting done.

WPE is working out so well, 8 hours , more often than not try to hit 12 hours to make sure the bosses and snitches know what a good card carrying teammate and integral part of the bofa family I am.
