H1bs are smelly and take jobs that real Americans could work. Every dot did indian I have met smelled of fried food....send em back to their country.
@noa if all H1Bs are fired, a lot of those jobs will move to overseas and the tax income this country gets will be reduced.
This visa category is not a loophole, it exists because government and country benefits from it.
whats the problem with H1Bs? i see a lot of hate against them. is it just racism that they are from outside and look different or is there actually some substance behind it? they are FTEs just like you, work just like you and sometimes better. they all have college degrees and well qualified to work. they even came here through legal channels. then why the hate?

The real problem with this proposal is a lot of teams are stuffed full of H1Bs who can't legally unionize, as a majority.
Unions won't solve enough of the real issues. Hiring people that go for the win instead of win for the team. Then continually promoting those that only promote themselves. Making leadership from those who supposedly caught the biggest fish while never seeing the fish.
Unions breed entitlement and laziness. No thanks.
