They want to track data. It doesn't show your name but it shows how long you have been there. It shows other data that points right back to you. So they know who is complaining. They can't tell you they narrowed down your comments but forget about advancement for telling the truth. For Goodness sake they have a list of the oeople who have yet to take it! Their job is to trick you. Woke 101.

I always included comments but made sure i cloaked them with lingo another rep in the store used so it would sound like the comments were coming from him. Never liked him anyway.

We fill these out all the time, and we're honest, problem is, the higher ups blame the store management team for everything, no one in a store controls commission, hourly pay, promos, cr---y policies,, our horrible operating system etc. Stop placing the blame on people that have nothing to do with upper managements failures and inability to make good decisions!!

They get a complete lists of the verbatims. You worked for someone for how long and you think they can’t make educated guess who said what?

Q1 Pulse and my boot licking VP called out AD’s by scores for their group… its all a problem of their lack of LEADERSHIP. There are no system issues bc this is the best company that ever is, was or will be!!!

We’ve become a company of Check the Box and wear an ERG sweatshirt. Heard they gave a special Company Award to a person who was merely selling FWA replacements for 3G data devices (The system is shutting down - oooh, hard sell there!) no net adds once that system goes poof!!!

nobody tells the truth on those any more anyway
we know they aren't really private as soon as our manager had the first sit down about our answers
now it is all rate to avoid having a meeting about it

The survey means nothing without the ability to comment. Doubt it means anything anyway other than a way to track who to keep and to get rid of. No comment=No survey.

@gaa+1i77cAAQ Sharp post. Totally makes sense. I would also add the question of anonymity comes into play when comments are made. There have been reps retaliated against because of comments they made in the pulse surveys.

@gaa+1i77cAAQ spot on. They want to be able to blame Frontline managers for not selling and managing through the change properly. Before managers could point to the comments. So poof.

They took away the comment box because they didn’t want employees giving low scores but commenting it has nothing to do with management in the store. Unfortunately I will still score everything low and will do so until I see major changes for the better.
