More money cr-p called out for at Walmart

I swear this company thinks every Walmart wants to give us 3-4 displays, every month it’s something different. A sidekick of this, an end cap of that. Unless Walmart is giving us a permanent end cap and sidekick on top of the 4way, it isn’t happening. When i do get displays i get a note a week later to stop filling cause all displays will come down…. F this job. Set up to fail

Question for ya, why did you do it? Why did you make sure those stores received “special” treatment? You won’t benefit! It’s a dog and pony show and always has been. Next time let the people who want to visit see the reality of what goes on! Deliveries worked three days after they are delivered, poor service, etc! That’s reality! Management will do as little as possible as long as they have someone else to do their work. Stop doing it!

Because they don't leave their house. They just sit at home and hide from stores because they're all mad at us

I remember back in the day when an account manager would actually come and help you in a store if they had an important company visit or other issues. I had the president of a chain visit two of my stores last week, guess who was responsible for making sure both stores were all set? No account manager, no DM, no RMS to be seen.

The customer category managers do nothing. They tell you what you need to get up in stores and nos in orders for it. I doubt they even discuss it with any of the store management. Why they even have a job for that is beyond me. We do all the grunt work

Why can't the overpaid account managers sell to walmart and get the displays they say we are supposed to have? What do the account managers do anyway???

Took me some time to get back on my feet after being let go from management that lacks appreciation to those that bust a** and always finding ways to nitpick against these types. Boy as time flies, does it feel so soothing to not deal with so many back and forths and NOT having to work every single Sunday. If there's ever a time I'm being asked to come back even if the pay is more than what I had previously gotten, there's NOT a shot in he-l. Glad to have kept polishing up my resume.

@g5 not only did I update my resume but I updated it with my current job after Mondelez because I have come to realization that grocery retail is a field that I no longer wanna be part of but need to find something to do in the meantime while working on trying to reevaluate myself on what I truly wanna do. I almost feel completely embarrassed by the fact that I spent my entire working life from the time I was just in high school in this field although I may of once liked it but I think the biggest thing that broke me and made me see the light even after I left my role as FTOW was the type of sh-t I dealt with as a FTOW. It went from not the most exciting but tolerable to the worst nightmare a man can experience. The way I was slammed with work and how I was treated and degraded while trying to bust my a-s just to get everything done was just disgusting and think has scarred me and if it weren’t for rent and my other expenses I would have loved to of just taken time off after handing that tablet in back in June of last year to just be at peace from all the he-l I dealt with as FTOW. That’s all perfect world thinking but anyways back to the whole resume part I find it embarrassing that I have to put this su-kass company on my resume because if I don’t it would look back and most recruiters would want to know wtf was I doing for all those years and what’s up with gaps. Anyways fellas like this gentleman or gentlelady said get them resumes going.

Wal Mart people hate Mondelez! Total disconnect from top to bottom. I had a store being remodeled and no front end yet they tried to send in 100 cases of go cups when the check lanes were all down. TM told
me to put it in the steel in the back room. They had inventory coming up. Id--ts! I told the store to just refuse! Only way to control what came in. Coincidentally…it was quarter close. Hahahaha!
