I'm at a 1.0 finally, traffic is so slow that HOURS literally HOURS go by without a single door swing. Plus I feel like customers are holding out for the iPhone 17 now. I'm happy with getting to a 1.2 even.
@fz This is a test, and only a test. With their AI they are seeing who get's behind their sales goals and targets. The rest will be culled. Smoke in mirrors. Sell new lines, save them from their terrible fate that they brought on themselves. About 290,000 subscribers lost first quarter, and the second will be worse. They are literally bleeding based on their own direction and directive at this point.
Our customer base,who continue to frequent retail stores, are so wary and not too swift , some would rather trade in a perfectly working phone than using and keeping the device at no xtra charge( slight tax increase) I get some,but it's not 100%. Even with the customer getting the trade in value. Lastly, with the heat wave have you noticed people are more confrontary and nasty than usual.
If you’re not doubling your new line quota this month then sales is not for you. Literally every upgrade coming in is walking out with a new line. Like someone said take the free money while you can because if they continue promo next month quota will certainly go way up.

Sick of getting stuck with the bs, not even an upg in days while the boys club get pushed all the $$$ even when showing up over an hour late for opening shift.
Not yet but the entire store is trending for a 1.3 by the end of month. If the promo continues through for the month of July you know quota will get jacked up. Usually when they throw us a bone like this they take that money back in the coming months.
