Severance is not the end of the road, these thugs are running investigations to see how many severance packages can get rolled back

@hv According to HR, there is an advance vesting Aug 25th 2026 distribution for 2024 and 2025 RSU grant for layoff employee with April Separation date. However, I did not receive any 2026 RSU grant in my fidelity account which has another Aug 25th 2026 distribution. Not sure why, since during garden leave I have been receiving regular paycheck, bonus , 401k and ESPP .

@g5 I don’t think we do get the August RSUs since we will not be T-Mobile employees on August 25th vesting day. Hope I’m wrong.

@fw I hope you are right on the RSU's for August and they are going to be given to those who's last official day is April 2.

Getting laid off sounds pretty good right about now... Now only if they'd do vsp, but they won't because they know that no one wants to willingly work in this dump and everyone would jump ship

@fb Did you received 2026 RSU grant in your fidelity account? The 2026 grant has one more distribution on 25th Aug 2026 which can be vested by layoff employee who are still on garden leave till April.

@a1 the unspoken part: "...for those new promotions and bonuses going to people who don't do the work"

@ab no instead they’re getting 161% corporate bonuses as a job well done.

@ab No one. It’s a revolving door between them and the board. Since DT is the largest shareholder, look what you get.

Right... Shouldn't they have to take a pay cut for making sh*t decisions rather than getting rid of employees? Who's holding the C level accountable?
