I would also like to double-dog dare Chuckie to actually do his job and start making decisions to lay people off. Isn’t that how he sold himself to the board to “fix” this company? Isn’t that what his obnoxiously bloated salary is based on? Right now he’s just being a lazy schmuck and making everyone miserable.

My point is that there are lives behind the statistics.
You can double-dog dare Charlie to get the stock price up by making long-term healthy changes such as improving oversight, getting us out from under the federal cap, improving service and technology and our reputation in order that all potential banking clients choose to bank at Wells Fargo. But I’m not for anyone who recklessly provokes Charlie in to laying employees off or outsourcing US jobs.
@rse+1gjxx4AN , hey simpleton. You're missing the point. If WF fires one person for RTO, they have to fire everyone who matches what the person did. An average lawyer doing discovery will find that there will be inconsistencies and then the fun starts. Why no one will get fired for rto.

I got laid off after 26 years with WF. I got a nice package that took me to retirement, now I am sitting on a beach sippin on Rum and drinking Margaritas! I am also consulting on the side making way more money than I ever made working for WF. Being laid off isn’t all that bad if it comes in the right part of your career.
Charlie is doing Charlie. He doesn't have leadership skills. What you see is what you get.
I waited a year waiting to get laid off then left anyhow - why waste your time being miserable. I certainly regret it. To quote Paul Simon, just drop off the key Lee and set yourself free.
Why pay out severance when he can get people to leave for no cost? Thats what's going on now. If that slows down, then you'll see more layoffs.
Many of us can’t afford to get laid off until we find something better!!!!!!! Many of us have families to support!!!!!! Many of us would just like to do the roles we actually applied for!!!!!! Many of us are quitting, leaving 1 star reviews, and going to companies that offer fully remote with more pay!!!!!
