Sorry but what is ATO? Is that including RSCs? I find it hard to believe they’d cut 40% of reps.
They’ll never touch RSCs. They can’t. RSCs are the only ones doing real work and getting business. People don’t cancel their wireless plans, and when they upgrade, they need us to do it for them. Plus, they’ll just offer early retirement before a layoff could ever happen. Guess everyone else should be worried.

Lots of RSC take their jobs for granted and don’t take care of it.

This is not how statistic works. If your VP is only 20% then that means it is not going to be 40% company wide. Some group might have 40%, some 50%, some 20%, some 5%, etc. On average for this time might be around 15% company wide.

40% across the board all at once is just not realistic if the company has any hope of moving forward with critical initiatives.
