Having to work with constantly changing processes, procedures and or code that nobody tells you about and your "supposed" to know they made an undocumented unscheduled change while you struggle for two hours wondering why something that worked is not working anymore. Not to mention the completely bais holidays schedule where offshore has 3 times as many days off as onshore. That’s why I stay because one day I hope they recognize their mistakes.

The reasons I stay at Gainwell:
Everyday is like a holiday. You show up to work, something has changed that your manager never informed you about beforehand. SURPRISE!
Ageism is real, whether you're a Gainwell employee or a rebadged employee. The only difference is who signs your paychecks.
Being gas-lighted by co-workers and isolated by your manager because you're not one of the favorites, gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling on a daily basis.
Knowing that everyday I have to put with someone lying to me or trying to pass the buck is exilerating
Because nobody seems to be hiring. There are plenty of jobs listed, but nobody's actually hiring. Just about everyone at Gainwell has been looking for another job for a while.
Because with the pay i can have indoor plumbing and not use the river for potty. You know we still have the plague where i live
It tends to irritate corporate cucks like you.
