Tell it to the people who's entire group was contracted out etc. It's entirely possible that the work WON'T be there, and everyone will be downsized. Mailrooms, CPG, branches, tech, etc.
when they stopped giving me flexibility I stopped being flexible.
@es
Awww. Does all that chafe your chapped hams?
The newbie worker bee is jealous.

20 year and soon to be retired or termed or severed, depending on their mood.
Words of wisdom.
There is always tomorrow and the work will always, ALWAYS be there.
I envy you.
If they do then they know all my productive time is during the distraction free hours at home. Good. My guess is, the executives will do what they usually do, ignore or pretend data doesn't exist if it's not inline with their stupid ideas.
Every single scandal started with in office work. Never forget.
Jokes on you - you think they don’t monitor WFH home too? Why do you think they are requiring our 8 hours in the office? They know people aren’t working from home. I just wish they would use that data to lay off the actual dead weight instead of making the rest of us miserable or better yet - force Susie Q to come into the office since her WFH hours are only averaging 4 active hours a day!
I used to log in in the evening if something was hanging out there to do from the day. Once they instilled the 8 hour rule, I won't. I haven't since the day they imlpemented it.
As a 30+ year, now retired, former WF Team Member; I’m here to tell you it doesn’t matter. Work your 8 hours and go home.
I goof off in the office and do all my work from home. I'm not helping the rto is more productive data.
@af A few people on our team were let go, so the rest of us have had to take on additional projects. Before we moved to four days of return-to-office, I used to work overtime from home. That’s no longer practical now.
If you don't do it, you get im, The same result as fail rto
to get work done.
I don’t understand your question.
You mean becuase they don’t monitor WFH login hours, what is the point of working extra hours at home
Reminds me of the old saying, you can't get to Friday without going through Monday. Most people do not get this.
