I heard there have been major shifts in the orgs in the past few weeks - whats been going on?

I agree. Let's cut employees so revenue goes down. Maybe we can give big bonuses to the managers so profit goes down too!
Fiserv has 40k employees.. it’s too much compared to competitor company which got the same level of revenue but with half number of employees… fiserv needs to slim more….
Layoff for remote workers does make sense…
A lot of people have been let go. Design org has been completely nuked. It looks like they went after the fully remote roles first.
