I get to meet everyone and talk with them all day four days in a row! Who needs to work?
@am define the bs of wfh? Did wfh cause Ford to lose over $30k for EVs? No.. Did WFH cause the numerous quality issues? No.. Did WFH cause the company to get out of making cars? No.. Maybe if you had a brain you would ask for a regime change starting with the BOD followed by senior management...Then maybe you will see realistic morale boost.
be certain to update us on the big company turnaround. should be happening any day now...🙄
I may be forced in like cattle but I will never again give an honest day's work in a Ford facility.
There was a choice between hard work and physical presence. Ford dictated what was highest priority so ok. I'll be there. Oppositional relations flow in two directions.

In consideration of the plight faced by my coworkers, I will continue my practice of 5 day remote. This frees up one sidewalk parking spot and one filing cabinet seat for a lucky RTOer.
