New hub opening this summer with 2000 capacity. I thought Fiserv wasn't opening any more offices?

And don't forget the other Florida Office- Jupiter- Aka as TH Cult temple and blackhole for waste and fraud. TH's 4 hour a day work load minions would be challenged if having to work in the heartland. Rumor has now that FB has left, Mike is on to the grift- finally. Shift them all west!
Many under-utilized, older or acquired sites will be rehoused in Overland. Think KoP, Coral, Hagerstown, Marietta, Lincoln
Full of secrets and rules..probably more planning for KC than they will ever let on.
They are spending $125M to renovate the property and say they will pay an average pay of $102k. Kind of disgusting with the 1% raises and lack of investment in other sites or staff. If you're in Lincoln or Omaha better start looking for a place to live in KC.

Coral is not a leased property, it is owned by Fiserv
Rumor is remote employees are going to be told to relocate or leave the company. Alpharetta lease is up soon. Coral is even sooner.
@fh+1jscae2rt I don't think Coral is a COE location. MGMT said Fiserv has 5 or 6 locations that are go forward centers of excellence and all others will be closed.
@c6+1jscae2rt they're painting parts of Coral again and have the parking lot marked up for some future work.
Does that mean they're ditching Coral campus?
Omaha I believe has too many head count to start relo to KC, but can definitely see Lincoln. Second thought could also be Frisco.
You'll know when Omaha and Lincoln is set to get RIF'd because they'll start fixing up the place. Things like painting the walls, new carpet, exterior landscaping upgrades, resurfacing the parking lot, new stripes. They'll make the buildings look nice so they can be sold. That's what happened in Sioux Falls about 1-2 years before giving them the news. I heard they closed a building in Lincoln for a new AC or something similar (old post a few months ago on here). Start looking now!
Not this id--t again that can’t spell losing. Lmfao. Do you also have a problem with sell versus sale or they’re their and there?
Anyway, sounds like it’s the typical Fiserv move. New office, tax breaks and shut down Lincoln and Omaha. It’s pretty standard at this point.
I agree. If you’re remote or unwilling to relocate from Lincoln or Omaha get prepared to get RIF’ed. Update your resume now. The vicious cycle continues.
Wonder how long until they tell Omaha and Lincoln’s employees to relocate or get fired? Feel sorry for the individuals who already picked up and moved to Lincoln for this place.
They'll open an office anywhere - if the price is right.
At least there are plenty of parking garages in the area this time.
Not sure what this move means but if you are remote, in Obama or Lincoln you’d be wise to update your resume.
@a7+1jscae2rt Frank, is that you?🖕
Well they are. It's in the news. GET BACK TO WORK AND STOP LOOSING YOUR BRAIN CELLS.
