Is it known what sorts of roles were eliminated in Bremen? There have been a lot of people let go in CMD in the US, but many of them were marketing and marketing managers.
Were any technical or R&D people let go from Breman? Or was it mostly people on the business/marketing side?
@g2 so sorry to hear about you and the others impacted. Really great people in CMD.
As for Marc’s bonus target…shouldn’t be so hard for him to achieve since the stock has absolutely tanked over the past year.
For AIG- CMD and related areas to CMD such as IES they have been laying off 100's since the end of Q1. TF always, keeping it classy, does 30 here and 40 there to skate the warn act in the US and try to keep it hush / hush to customers. I saw this all starting shortly after uncle Marc signed his new 5-year contract that includes a 60M kicker if he doubles the stock price over the term. I was impacted as were many others in my area in July - in our group the average tenue of those let go was 18 years with TFS, the youngest person was well over 40, and all were band 8 or above. It is clear they are letting go of older and higher salary employees.
Not sure I understand downvotes. You think I am making it up? I actually lost my job now! Nice support! I should have kept silence.
