Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

This place redefines workplace toxicity

After years in the industry, I can confidently say nowhere else matches Truist's special blend of mismanagement and misery.

I had a manager when I started but he was let go for honesty/integrity issues. Things got better when my team and I didn't have a manager but we had a "lead" that spent all her time trying to be the victim of something so we avoided her. She actually would create fake scenarios to be the victim of. She framed one of the best of my team because she thought he would get her job. Truly a professional victim.

I have to handhold my manager on everything. Spoon feeding her basic information before she can comprehend anything. Even then she is paralyzed to make a decision before going to her boss for approval.

It's really no wonder nothing ever gets done around here.

You guys think it’s bad here at SunTruist go over to the US Bank thread and have a look. A bigger sh*t show than we have. A merger of these two banks would be a bigger disaster than Suntrust and BBT.

“I guarantee if you didn't have anonymity on here you wouldn't ever say what you do and if you knew who reads these threads, your arrogant buffoonery would abruptly come to an end.”

If you didn’t and anonymity you would make all the slurs made on here.

Hating your employer is not healthy so finding a place that you can be proud of is way more healthier for you. However maybe being trapped from not able to land another job is also stressful. Hope you find some peace.

@cj+1jtg8e5ps, Why don't you leave? Employees like you and who have your attitude are the problem.

What's next? You going to tell me and other major shareholders to sell our stakes in the firm? It's employees like you that have 50% of its value for us.

Let me guess, you going to tell the customers to withdraw and close their accounts if they don't like service or lack thereof?

You fully display your idiocy with your canned responses and/or are a low level troll.

I guarantee if you didn't have anonymity on here you wouldn't ever say what you do and if you knew who reads these threads, your arrogant buffoonery would abruptly come to an end.

Nowhere I have ever worked had so many "Emperors with no clothes". I have worked places where the fakery was the ethos and it became amusing to watch those performance artists disappear from the org after a certain period of time. Here, they remain while the real producers and the "gel that holds the LOB's together" teammates are removed. I would really love to hear a honest description of this strategy and its goal(s). As a shareholder, I'm sure it will align with the word salads presented on official proceedings (sarcasm).
