What’s sad is all the outright lies. People are hoping to gain some insight here…as a means of support.. and instead people enjoy posting lies. This is pointless.

Oh come on. Give me a break. Who wrote this. Public Relations? Things on this site are true. Every word. I’ve seen everything happen. Wells doesn’t care about their employees at all.
The board can pay for positive web spin, but wouldn’t it be cheaper to just be honest with employees? I mean, they are looking to save money, no?
Without transparency, we are only left with rumors and speculation. Besides, these positive spins are gaslighting.

Because they need a paycheck and it’s rough out there right now. What’s there to get? Additionally, newer employees aren’t getting a long term severance package to fall back on.

People don’t want to be displaced but yet, they hate the company. I don’t get it.
You are right about not letting comments affect one's health. But people are here because they are genuinely anxious about their livelihoods with upcoming layoffs. They know the reason why Wells is broken. They know people who were responsible for the mess with authorities are still here and infact promoted in ranks of middle management. They know these managers will sc--w their teams to save their own necks. That is why you have rumors. If there was a culture of trust and honestly rumours will die.
