WV is just as bad. We lost #1 market share, on top of losing our RP (due to the bank collapsing our region), our best MPP, and best gov’t banker all three to the same local bank, all within the same year. Our reputation is terrible and I don’t think it will ever recover.

Same ole same ole. They didn’t defend any of the markets they were in and continued to lose market share. Florida has been no exception. Now they are spending mad money trying to catch up. Meanwhile the man responsible for Florida and who’s been leading the down slide has been promoted. The Suntrust way, they sc--w something up, promote them!
