I left SAP on good terms a few years ago to diversify my resume. I am considering exploring new opportunities at SAP. Do they still require proof of vaccination? I read here that RTO is mandatory and if I have to be in the office I want to make sure that I am safe. I'm not sure how they can push RTO if they aren't requiring proof of vaccination.

SAP is closed for business . Pls dont come back. We already have enough people already , they are planning to cut more resources now.
@15a What's your point? Because you might get COVID you will now spend the rest of your life in isolation? Grow up
@b3 pandemic is over? So, no one's getting COVID infections? Such bullsh-t.
@OP Never let the government stick a needle in your arm. You're a man. Not a slave. Get strapped and stay frosty.
dont come back. i feel you. im applying out and have been for weeks. sap was a progressive company. they got rid of the mandates after the far right pushed back. then when their king got elected they got rid of dei. even a few employees of color dont think its a big deal showing how dangerous the maga cult is. they even brainwash you to act against your own interests.
Do you lack the skills to be hired by SI and/or customers?
With the 2025/27 deadlines, how can this be a serious question?
@f7 so true. Too funny. Anyone down voting is from Walldorf / Rot.
They forced me back into the office with those unvaccinated racists. I work via a hot spot from my car in the parking lot. Yes. I wear my mask and my seat belt.
@b3 RTO 3 days..... please, tell me of one single location where employees are in the office three days a week. I can assure you, almost nobody comes in 3x
This is crazy. Of course they are not requiring vaccines. It's 2025.
But they are getting even more strict about the mandatory 3 days in office. It's bullsh-t.
If you are getting laid off anyway why would you listen to RTOs? Get your flu vaccine or get fired!
RTO 3 days a week. No vaccine requirement.
@OP RTO no exceptions. The pandemic is over
