The fire has started. Account teams are jumping ship during the M&A with Juniper due to incoming expectations being set by leadership. I can't speak for everyone on my team, but after getting 35% back to back quota increases over 3 years, HPE has made it clear that they want you to continue to work harder and harder and get paid less and less. Aruba culture is gone.
Leadership will tell you that "they're excited", but in actuality, no one has a clue.
Stock is flat, RSU's & raises are non existent... I am expecting a purge that no one has been before.. Yes, HPE has a reputation of cleaning house November of each year, however I believe this time is different. When top leaders like Chris King jump ship, it's a sign that pain is on the horizon.
