For those who don’t know the union Mobility call center in Orlando (Research Pkwy) is slated for closure. There is a 5 year closure plan and we are about 4 years into that plan. I tried to notify CWA leadership during the last contract negotiation, but apparently that fell on deaf ears. That said…hey CWA folks…the StankPot is coming for you!

Quit picking on SE region. We always bear the brunt of emplyee rights icing and I'm sick of it. Why not drain the swamp in NJ? Way, way, overstaffed, they cannot justify even half the number of employees there. Or how about the MW region, completely out of control, what do these cats put on their timesheets everyday? Need to have all employees document their accomplishment weekly, this would help drain the swamp real quick. Cally and Wash state, also way, way overstaffed. Time to rightsize T now.

The union employees have managers goofball. Their job is to manage a team. When their teams they get paid to manage get laid off they have no work. You think call centers have service reps without managers? Duh.
