My manager was laid off yesterday and initially thought he left but he posted on LinkedIn stating juniper acquisition . Any other team seeing this ?

ASM .. Account Support Manager. This position is within HPE services. Customers that purchase HP proactive service contracts will typically include an assigned ASM to their contract. This role used to be an on-site technical support role. Fast forward to today all local resources have now been transitioned to remote resources with most of these positions now remotely delivered out of Costa Rica. ASM used to be very technical role now it's mainly just account management the shadow of what it used to be.
