Pulse survey is here this week. Let them know how you feel. Don’t be afraid to put what you think. 0s and 1s for me

@ezuo+1sg80hrz the problem resolved itself
Why in the world are you even still doing the survey? Not taking it hurts the C Suite much more than low scores. Participation rate tanks and the rest score low. My team isn't doing them any more.
Neisha is terrible with her blind acts of punishment too. Those jobs pay way too much for much too little. Hire the right people, not your friends. There’s a reason her territory is always last.
Leadership above the store level is god awful at this company. Micromanaging and de motivation here in the Northeast. Struggling stores managers on punishment calls taking them off poorly staffed floors. Like to see this upper management sell to billing issues and tech support all day, please the people making the quota live in a bubble. Not even get paid your at risk - was previously a high earning employee on old individual commission. But now impossible. Goals are so out of whack unless you’re based in a rich area or are slamming accounts. Remember second number is just eSIM 2.0!!!
Just be honest
Flood is the root of all the problems in the northeast
With his stupid green jackets
No confidence
It will make no difference, i specifically included verbatim a about the DM and how he abused his employees, even went as far as to mention specifically that the manager was great, and they found a way to blame it specifically on the manager
No one is perfect

Live not by lies? If you dont give all 5's, management will start making your life miserable.
They can't quiz you on the answers. It's supposed to be anonymous.
The best way to instill fear in your leaders is by not taking it. Participation is a metric they have on their PAD. They are judged by how many engaged employees they have and you are considered not engaged if you don't take it.
Agree. But, be prepared to get quizzed about your responses from your supervisor. Be courageous. Live not by lies.
