I logged into fidelity.com and checked my 401k and it seems the profit sharing contribution was not made...it has been made on 3/31 for the past couple of years - not a huge amount but it was a nice little annual boost. Does this go away too in this brave new world?

The Company did send out an email today confirming the 1.25% contribution. A little later than usual but at least its something.

@ew the company could potentially file with regulators for a reverse stock split in the future so you can kiss that dividend good bye before it goes to 50 cents.

@d4 don't laugh to hard pal. That .05 cent dividend is going to be huge when the stock price hits .50 cents .
Wouldn't profit be a prerequisite to profit sharing? Little Davey and his stooges managed to LOSE more than $330,000,000 in just the last quarter. If he keeps that up, the company will lose more than a BILLION this year. Kind of surprising that they're not siphoning money FROM the 401(k)s as a punishment to the staff for not making him look like a successful business d--che.

I haven’t seen any emails regarding it. I doubt it’s happening. Any business would want to promote benefits to employees.

@OP same thought, but the latest we've received it in recent years is April 4, so i haven't given up hope yet
Profit sharing is definitely a nice contribution to our 401k considering they froze the pension plan years ago.
There was no notification of it this year, so doubt it’s happening.
I was wondering the same thing. I wonder if they quietly stopped that.
