@a8 US corporations will not offshore. If they do, than Trump will fine them $1M for each job off shored. He has the power of the pen and I don't think any US corporation wants to mess around with his administration by trying to get around the Trump regulations. He probably doesn't even need to fine them, he can just say the companies name that ships jobs off shore during a media interview and the next day their stock would crash. No US company is going to risk it.

More offshoring, they won't hire any foreigner in the US or sponsor visas. Expect more work transferring to india which their cost will be a fraction of what the cheapest Us based employees get paid
