Clean up is necessary in order for Truist to be successful,a lot of unnecessary positions,with lazy unproductive people.

If Truist is ridding itself of unproductive and unnecessary under-performers, then how in the world do Bill and Beau make a case to keep their job?

How many years and how many banks should they get to prove they aren’t effective? Yes Truist, use age discrimination to rid yourselves of every employee over 48 except the two running the bank in the ground. I would love to know how the Truist BOD defines success, because it has nothing to do with shareholders, stakeholders or employees.

They already cleaned up, they paid the talented employees to leave through severance and the voluntary retirement program. Too late to change things for the better, they blew it!

Why give any effort above the bare minimum. Executive leadership doesn’t care for you. You are disdained by them. A mere cost to be cut.

Work from home is ok but being in the office does give you the team building experience. Truthfully, I hated working from home, I would start work far too early and work far too late. I missed the commute listening to music, and stopping at a few stores on my way home. With WFH, I was food shopping after 7:00 PM to go home and repeat the process. The only thing that was nice is my laundry was caught up. Just my experience, others may feel different and that's fine.

Place is a disaster. Bill Rogers should step down. Here in the Atlanta area— I’ve never met a group of more incompetent people that all show up and pretend they are bankers. Coming from a position with other prestigious banks I quickly noticed that I was surrounded by lack luster employees- MANY of which had NO business even walking behind a teller line- much less having sensitive customer data at their fingertips. Everyday was another disaster. Clients would be shorted multiple times daily because the millennials behind the line were too busy talking about what they had for breakfast. I’ve never worked with so many incompetent people, all the way to the top.

Everyone should work in the office 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, and be on call the remaining 6 hours; always be carrying phone, laptop, and have access to a wifi network. This applies even on holidays and vacations. No more "life on easy mode" for WFH slackers.

Work from home is a disaster and another silly policy. Require everyone to be in the office 4 days a week or take a 10% paycut if you work from home. They have ki---d the concept of teamwork and collaboration at this bank.
