Every time someone leaves, I think that is it - that for a while no one else will leave, however, very soon after that, someone else resigns. I wonder if there have ever been such difficult periods before when people left en masse and looked for opportunities elsewhere?

How new is this guy? to say it became toxic when hanz took over !!! I mean jeez do you have like a year or two in the company or what. Did you even hear of a man named lowell ????? And what department are you in because no one ever resigns in the craft or quits or retires they literally stay til they die !!
Have you heard of the great resignation? It’s been talked about everywhere, for a while. It’s not only Verizon.
@eti+1edWiDtD How else will they reach their goal of 100% diversity? And since diversity is our strength, the company will become unstoppable at that point!
@eti+1edWiDtD Don’t blame Hans….it became toxic with Lowell….we all know that
Verizon has been a Toxic work environment ever since Hanz took over.
All he cares about is Outsourcing, Offshoring, VSP, RIF aka Layoffs in order to remove the most tenured, talented higher paid employees, in order to pay for 5ghee. This was an Employee first, People first company, but not anymore
Verizon is now the toxic, cesspool of a typical corporation who only cares about $$$ & share holders.
