Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

What about all those who have returned...

After finding not only was the grass not greener it was scorched...buyer beware most who have left are already on gig number two or asked to come back.

I know someone who got layed off at the beginning of covid, yes, there were covid layoffs this person came back only to find out that FISERV was worse than when they left this person wants to leave and is trying to get out. So, the grass isnt always greener at Fiserv!

My entire department is gone, outside, on their own and never EVER looked back. The OLD Fiserv was worth the time, not the new improved ride the rocket version.

“Less job security at their new firm” comes from a shill. Use of Frank’s preferred “firm” over company (the way regular people talk) is your clue.

I know a few people who came back since they didn't need to interview. All of them had turmoils in life and left as soon as they figured life out. Fiserv cannot keep talent around because they don't appreciate talent and underpay by a huge margin. Upper management can't seem to get this through their head: you get what you pay for.

@esm+1ilJgCoj The 100's of people that i worked with and that left are much happier making more money with less stress somwhere else. The only person i know that stayed was offered a huge increase with a annual bonus, because they the VP of the group realized he had too many important ba--s in the air. Now he is still looking, but kept him at Fiserv for another year.

Lol, way to try and stop the bleeding. A bunch that left are now working for competitors or ‘clients’ and it’s hilarious how quickly the clients are moving on and competitors are scooping up the talent and business. But yeah tell us for 44,000th time to ride the rocket and Berkeley will save the Titanic.

4,999 employees left Fiserv and are on this site daily praising the remote work capabilities of other companies and only few malcontents want to return to Fiserv. See how that works? Hahahahaha
